Cardio Work-Out

Doing the Hokey Pokey while singing the song is an excellent aerobic work-out. I recommend using the following verses:
  • Right Arm
  • Left Arm
  • Right Leg
  • Left Leg
  • Right Elbow
  • Left Elbow
  • Front Side
  • Back Side
  • Head
  • Whole Self

And finish is up with the "You do the Hoooooooo-Key Pokey" verse.
